469.23750 VKG RM ZONE 2 Ch156 SYDNEY SPECIAL OPERATIONS 3 - Royal Agricultural Society (RAS) Showgrounds, Homebush Bay
Only the Radio Operator seems to be in the clear, rest is P25 Encrypted.
Update: As the show has finished, this frequency is not being used.
